Description

You will manage firm projects from conception through completion, leading technical development and construction documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and design development, creating or delegating presentation work and conceptual sketches.
• Oversee construction document and specification preparation, ensuring adherence to building codes and permitting processes.
• Prioritize, delegate, and coordinate tasks across the project team, managing schedules, budgets, and work assignments.
• Manage all communications between the project team, consultants, contractors, and owners.
• Maintain project logs and records, reviewing team hours for billing accuracy.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management within Architecture.
• Knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction document production.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and hand sketching.
• Experience with classical traditional high-end residential projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited School of Architecture.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Sketchup.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign).
• Proficiency using Bluebeam.
