Description

You will manage multiple small to medium-sized projects, ensuring quality deliverables and strict adherence to program schedules.

Responsibilities

• Translate components, dependencies, and work breakdown structures into a comprehensive program schedule.
• Manage the program schedule to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery through daily collaboration with architects, developers, designers, and business representatives.
• Monitor program success metrics, including velocity, capacity, financial spend, and story/defect ratios.
• Utilize program data and metrics to measure success, make recommendations, and drive actions.
• Guide teams through day-to-day decision-making and cross-functional coordination.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total professional experience.
• 4+ years in a technical track as a Technical Lead or Architect.
• Background in Mobile App Development engineering.
• Experience managing and delivering at least two large-scale App Development projects within the last two years.
• 2+ years of experience managing and guiding teams using JIRA or AWS DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with iOS and Android platforms.
• Experience with AWS Platform.
• Understanding of mobile strategy and application-to-application integration via Microservices architecture.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React Native.
