You will lead complex project deliveries within the Retail domain, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to meet delivery targets.
• Drive stakeholder management and client communication to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
• Oversee retail business processes including Merchandising, Supply Chain, Inventory, POS, E-commerce, and Order Management.
• Execute risk, issue, and change management strategies to maintain project stability.

Required Skills

• 16+ years of Project Management experience.
• Proven track record in the Retail domain.
• Deep understanding of Supply Chain and Inventory Management processes.
• Expertise in Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience managing distributed teams and complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Waterfall methodologies in hybrid environments.
• Background in E-commerce and Order Management systems.
