Description

Lead large-scale public sector procurement projects and manage a seven-person team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 7-person team across diverse workstreams to meet project objectives.
• Oversee large-scale public sector procurement processes within complex government entities.
• Provide formal oversight to ensure strict adherence to PMBOK/PMP requirements.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and engage with organizational leadership at all levels.
• Maintain project governance and drive effective collaboration across the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven project management experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Extensive experience navigating public sector procurement and government entities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Project Management or Business Administration.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to make informed project decisions and communicate complex information clearly.
• Capability to work remotely with occasional travel to Olympia, WA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Corrections environments.
• Familiarity with Offender Management Systems (OMS).
