Description

You will own end-to-end project execution across cross-functional teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop structured project plans detailing scope, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Identify risks and blockers proactively, escalating early with mitigation strategies.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments to ensure alignment and remove impediments.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Maintain Jira boards to accurately track tasks, deliverables, and progress.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Project Management experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional and matrixed teams.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and hands-on Jira management.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate risks and resolve issues proactively.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or Scrum Master certification.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
