Description

Lead Oracle Fusion implementation projects as the primary front-office lead for customer IT and business organizations.

Responsibilities

• Drive project execution by managing issues, time, costs, risks, communications, quality, and resources.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans based on customer requirements and business processes.
• Apply Oracle Fusion project methodology and premium engagement services to project delivery.
• Coordinate Oracle consultants and support resources to ensure alignment with project scope.
• Manage reporting and escalations to management and executive-level stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Direct experience with Oracle Fusion Implementation.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to manage the balance between customer needs and project scope.
• Experience managing complex project landscapes and solution requirements.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams of consultants and support resources.
• Strong proficiency in risk and session management.
