Description

You will lead major infrastructure and application deployment projects from inception to completion.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects by coordinating resources, team members, and third-party contractors to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Define project scope, objectives, and solutions through collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
• Manage project financials, including drafting budget proposals, estimating costs, and tracking expenditures.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and maintain critical paths to ensure milestone achievement.
• Produce regular status reports for Steering Committees and coordinate user acceptance testing, communications, and training.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of technology project management experience working with technology teams, business units, and third parties.
• Deep understanding of project and software development life cycles, including PMLC, SDLC, Waterfall, Iterative, and SCRUM.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement processes.
• Technical understanding of infrastructure systems, including WAN/LAN, cloud servers, personal computing, and backup applications.
• Experience working within a PMO structured environment using standard documentation and tools.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, specifically Google Slides and Sheets.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating business functionality, technical solutions, and support requirements.

Preferred Skills

• PMI, ITIL, or Lean/Six Sigma certifications.
• Experience in the Utilities industry (water or electric).
