Description

Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise-level marketing initiatives and non-tender loyalty programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive enablement for new loyalty programs and related marketing systems.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment between Agile teams and overall program objectives.
• Track and report project milestones, deliverables, and financial metrics.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Project Management experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong blend of Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven experience serving as both Project Manager and Scrum Master.
• Hands-on experience with Marketing technologies (CRM, loyalty platforms, digital marketing systems).
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex initiatives with multiple workstreams.
• Strong risk management, budgeting, and reporting capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Experience supporting loyalty programs or customer engagement platforms.
• Experience working in retail or consumer-facing industries.
