Description

You will lead a large-scale enterprise ERP software implementation for the Arizona Department of Revenue.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle to ensure delivery remains on-scope, on-budget, and on-schedule.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives while coaching on Scrum best practices.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships, tracking performance and ensuring all contractual obligations and SLAs are met.
• Coordinate with engineering, security, and operations teams on integration, data conversion, DevSecOps, and system retirement.
• Develop risk management plans and maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters, schedules, and RACI matrices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps or Jira for managing user stories, bugs, epics, and releases.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise ERP implementations.
• Experience managing DevSecOps integration and security requirements.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards such as NIST and FedRAMP.
• Proven ability to manage third-party vendor performance and SLAs.
• Ability to use Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with organizational change management (OCM) and stakeholder alignment.
