Description

You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of information technology projects from planning through closing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and manage project stages while assessing business implications and resource allocation.
• Direct project execution to ensure strict adherence to budget, schedule, scope, and technical standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and subcontractor partners.
• Develop detailed project plans covering objectives, technologies, system specifications, and staffing requirements.
• Monitor team performance, resolve technical or operational problems, and provide documented feedback.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 6+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven ability to manage complex IT project plans, including funding and system specifications.
• Strong communication skills for managing technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience managing project personnel and subcontractor partnerships.
• Ability to use process-based approaches to meet project goals and cost targets.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification.
