Description

You will lead organizational transitions toward Agile maturity and drive program-level delivery strategies.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams in self-organization, cross-functionality, and the removal of delivery impediments.
• Guide leadership in applying Agile values and principles to drive high-value product development.
• Develop and implement Agile strategies at the program level and create artifacts for scaled teams.
• Facilitate workshops and instructor-led training to educate the organization on Agile frameworks.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and track Agile metrics to measure organizational outcomes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO Project Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach.
• Proven ability to guide teams and portfolios through DevOps practices and principles.
• Experience working with multiple Agile scaling frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively in a framework-agnostic environment.
• Strong understanding of psychological safety and product thinking mindsets.
• Experience facilitating tools and technologies that enhance team productivity.

Preferred Skills

• Agile / Scrum certification.
• Experience working with Business Intelligence tools.
