Description

Lead large-scale IT software application and system development projects from inception to completion in highly regulated banking environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex IT software application projects aligned with business strategy.
• Lead cross-departmental initiatives and engage stakeholders across multiple organisations.
• Oversee system integration platforms and multi-organisational integration processes.
• Drive delivery of complex software application and system development lifecycles.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of experience managing large, complex IT software application projects.
• Professional Project Management Certification (PMP, PMI, or equivalent).
• Deep technical expertise in application and integration backgrounds.
• Proven experience with system integration platforms.
• Hands-on experience implementing IT software application projects.
• Proficiency in PMBOK, Agile, or related project management frameworks.
• Experience managing projects requiring cross-departmental engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Thorough understanding of the nine PMBOK knowledge areas or Prince II.
• Experience managing Application Development projects.
