Description

You will manage the planning, procurement, and implementation of IT-driven projects, ensuring milestones are met through rigorous governance and stakeholder engagement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects with varying timelines, priorities, and complex stakeholder engagement.
• Develop procurement documents including RFP, RFQ, and SOW while managing the full procurement lifecycle.
• Oversee vendor activities and contract deliverables to ensure all milestones are met.
• Define, track, and manage project budgets, funding, and expenditures.
• Establish project governance, institute project controls, and conduct formal stakeholder presentations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• PMP certification.
• Agile (SCRUM) certification.
• Experience managing legacy system replacement projects.
• Experience collaborating with State and Local Government.
• Experience planning and managing data conversion activities.
• Experience building rollout plans.
• Experience managing projects using vendor-driven technical solutions.
• Proficiency in developing business case documents through market and cost-benefit analysis.
