Description

Lead long-term IT project implementations from inception through vendor selection and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and all required project management artifacts.
• Develop and maintain project documentation required by Procurement and VITA.
• Track and report on the progress and outcomes of major active projects to HR management.
• Coordinate tasks between internal staff, external agency partners, and vendors.
• Produce comparative analyses of value propositions, proposals, and cost-benefit analyses.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, including those spanning 2-3 years.
• Experience managing requests for information (RFI) and proposals (RFP) from inception to vendor selection.
• Expertise in producing comparative analysis of value propositions and cost-benefit analyses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for presenting to audiences with varied levels of understanding.
• Demonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities and complex organizational requirements.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or VITA PM certification.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Experience working within Human Resources or with human resource management systems.
