Description

You will lead IT project implementations, managing scope, schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships while producing required documentation and analyses.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT project implementations, managing scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Develop and maintain project documentation required by Procurement and VITA.
• Track and report progress on major active projects to HR management.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate tasks for HR Division staff.
• Produce comparative analyses of value propositions and cost-benefit models.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, including long-term initiatives spanning 2-3 years.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for presenting to varied audiences.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Experience in software project management.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or VITA PM certification.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Background in process optimization and change management.
