Description

Lead a Salesforce transformation project from scope definition through post-implementation support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while developing detailed roadmaps and project plans.
• Manage stakeholders including business leads, vendors, and integration teams such as MuleSoft and SAP/Vistex.
• Identify technical, operational, and regulatory risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Oversee quality assurance processes, including system integration testing, UAT, and performance testing.
• Establish governance frameworks and ensure compliance with GDPR, SOX, and HIPAA standards.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience managing Salesforce transformation projects.
• Expertise in Agile and hybrid methodologies.
• Experience managing complex integrations with MuleSoft and SAP/Vistex.
• Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheets, and Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of CI/CD within Salesforce environments.
• Strong understanding of SOX processes for pre-go-live requirements.
• Ability to manage escalation and present status reports to steering committees and senior leadership.
