Description

You will lead end-to-end project management across planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out phases for federal government contracts.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage cross-functional teams, aligning efforts with program goals and contract requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client, internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for projects.
• Prepare and deliver status reports, briefings, and documentation for all audiences.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in project or program management.
• 5+ years supporting federal government contracts.
• 5+ years of experience managing SDLC projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-million-dollar, multi-year projects.
• Proficiency with Jira and Smartsheet.
• Experience applying project management best practices (PMBOK, Agile, or Hybrid).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with DOJ or law enforcement-related agencies.
• Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and DOJ-specific guidelines.
• Agile certification (Scrum Master or SAFe).
