Description

You will lead the Project Management Office to standardize governance, oversee portfolio management, and manage end-to-end release processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain standardized project governance frameworks and methodologies.
• Oversee project portfolio management including intake, prioritization, resource planning, and performance tracking.
• Own and manage the end-to-end software and infrastructure release process across all environments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Security, Ops, Business) for release readiness and scheduling.
• Drive continuous improvement across project management practices and KPIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with CI/CD implementation and automation.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles involving Dev, QA, Security, Ops, and Business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage project budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in collaboration with Finance.
• Experience defining and executing release calendars aligned with business priorities.
• Skill in identifying, assessing, and mitigating release-related risks.
• Familiarity with change and deployment procedures, including rollback planning.
