You will lead end-to-end delivery of a SIEM transformation and SOC services redesign program.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring for SIEM/SOC modernization, including tool selection, POC validation, and operating model redesign.
• Coordinate with Security Architecture, Operations, Risk, Procurement, and external vendors or MSSPs.
• Drive alignment with project governance and ensure delivery of all required documentation and milestone approvals.
• Oversee commercial and contractual aspects of managed SOC services, including SLA/KPI definition and service handover.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of project management experience in complex IT or security transformation projects.
• Proven delivery record in SIEM platform deployment and SOC services design and transition.
• Experience managing Managed Security Services Providers (MSSPs) and third-party vendor performance.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, Google Chronicle, or Palo Alto.
• Knowledge of security operations processes, service transition, and ITIL or equivalent service frameworks.
• Experience operating in global or regulated environments.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
