Description

You will lead end-to-end project management for enterprise marketing initiatives, driving enablement for a new non-tender loyalty program and related systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive enablement for the new non-tender loyalty program and associated marketing systems.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, IT, and external vendors to align on program objectives.
• Track and report project milestones, deliverables, and financial metrics while developing risk mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Project Management experience blending Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven experience as both Project Manager and Scrum Master in enterprise settings.
• Hands-on experience with Marketing technologies like CRM, loyalty platforms, or digital marketing systems.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum and SAFe.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex initiatives involving multiple workstreams.
• Strong capabilities in risk management, budgeting, and project reporting.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

• CSM certification.
• Experience with non-tender loyalty programs.
