Description

You will manage the procurement, implementation, and integration of a new care/case management system.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project management plan and implementation timeline.
• Lead research to identify candidate solution options used successfully in other states.
• Drive requirements documentation, evaluation, and procurement processes, including RFP management.
• Oversee implementation, vendor relationships, system configuration, testing, deployment, and data migration.
• Lead technical documentation efforts for system and integration components.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing system procurement and RFP processes.
• Proven ability to lead requirements gathering and documentation efforts.
• Experience overseeing system implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Experience managing data migration from legacy systems to new solutions.
• Background in managing vendor and system integrator relationships.
• Knowledge of system and integration component documentation.
• Degree in any field.
