Description

Lead multiple projects through the full lifecycle from requirement and design to implementation and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage program budgets and oversee resource allocation across multiple workstreams.
• Drive project planning, issue management, risk management, and change management processes.
• Maintain client and vendor relationships throughout development and implementation phases.
• Provide IT delivery guidance to Scrum teams and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Implement service level agreements and provide regular status reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project and Program Management.
• Proven expertise in Product Management and Delivery.
• Strong background in Software Development and Application Design.
• Proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Experience with JAD, Caliber, and Risk Management.
• Knowledge of Information Security and various computer languages, tools, and technologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to travel to unanticipated locations within the US.
