You will lead large-scale transformation initiatives and manage cross-functional teams to drive project delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external vendors, program areas, and IT resources to ensure alignment.
• Manage project financials, including budget adherence and processing payment milestone invoices.
• Monitor project requirements, priorities, and deadlines from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement detailed reports to keep stakeholders and executive leadership updated.
• Implement standardized processes and best practices to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Advanced knowledge of Project Management, Financial Management, Procurement, and Contract Lifecycle Management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, and Jira.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Legal.
• Expertise in communicating technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing organizational change and delivering presentations or training sessions.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or PgMP Certification.
• Experience working in the public sector.
