Description

Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise-level Marketing initiatives and new loyalty program enablement.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies for complex initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, IT, and external vendors to ensure alignment.
• Track and report project milestones, deliverables, and financial metrics.
• Promote Agile best practices while balancing traditional project governance requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Project Management experience with a strong blend of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven experience serving as both Project Manager and Scrum Master in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Marketing technologies (e.g., CRM, loyalty platforms, digital marketing systems).
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe preferred).
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex initiatives with multiple workstreams.
• Strong risk management, budgeting, and reporting capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting loyalty programs or customer engagement platforms.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
