Description

Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise Marketing initiatives and drive enablement for a new non-tender loyalty program.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, IT, and external vendors to ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Track and report project milestones, deliverables, and financial metrics while identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Promote Agile best practices while balancing traditional project governance requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Project Management experience with a strong blend of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven experience serving as both Project Manager and Scrum Master in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Marketing technologies including CRM, loyalty platforms, and digital marketing systems.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, with SAFe preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex initiatives with multiple workstreams.
• Strong risk management, budgeting, and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Experience supporting loyalty programs or customer engagement platforms.
