Description

You will lead end-to-end project management for enterprise marketing initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive enablement for new loyalty programs and associated marketing systems.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, IT, and vendors to ensure alignment.
• Track and report project milestones, deliverables, and financial metrics.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Project Management experience blending Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven experience as both Project Manager and Scrum Master in enterprise settings.
• Hands-on experience with Marketing technologies like CRM and loyalty platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and SAFe.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Demonstrable risk management, budgeting, and reporting capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree.
