Description

Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise Marketing initiatives, driving enablement for new loyalty programs and marketing systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, IT, and external vendors to ensure alignment.
• Track and report project milestones, deliverables, and financial metrics to leadership.
• Identify risks proactively and develop mitigation strategies while balancing governance requirements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of Project Management experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience serving as both Project Manager and Scrum Master.
• Strong blend of Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Marketing technologies, including CRM and loyalty platforms.
• Expertise in managing large-scale, complex initiatives with multiple dependencies.
• Strong risk management, budgeting, and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Experience supporting loyalty programs or customer engagement platforms.
• Background in retail or consumer-facing industries.
