Description

You will manage the end-to-end delivery of grid systems implementation projects, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and resource coordination.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated project plans, milestones, and maintain status reporting while tracking RAID logs through closure.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, business SMEs, vendors, and integration partners.
• Define and manage the overall testing strategy across functional, integration, regression, and UAT phases, governing third-party test execution.
• Oversee delivery and testing of grid systems or operational technology platforms.

Required Skills

• 7+ years managing IT/OT implementation projects, including 3 years in Project or Test Management.
• Experience with ADMS, DMS, EMS, OMS, GIS, or similar operational technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and project management practices (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Experience managing vendor-based or third-party testing programs.
• Proficiency with HP ALM, JIRA, Zephyr, qTest, or Grip.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and process documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Scrum methodologies.
• Technical project management expertise.
