Description

Lead complex technology projects from initiation to delivery, managing Agile delivery and software production/test environments with a focus on DevOps.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage technical projects, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage budgets and timelines.
• Oversee quality assurance and testing processes to ensure deliverables meet requirements and industry standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), IT infrastructure, or cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Any Graduate accepted).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and translate technical concepts into business terms.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/SAFe.
• Experience defining and maintaining project process guidance in collaboration with Scrum Masters.
