Description

You will lead complex technology projects from initiation to delivery, blending project management expertise with technical understanding of DevOps, SDLC, and cloud technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while developing detailed plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate technical projects end-to-end, managing budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
• Oversee quality assurance, testing processes, and software production/test environments with a focus on DevOps.
• Communicate project status, issues, and solutions effectively to stakeholders and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), IT infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Any Graduate acceptable per input).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Agile SAFe or PMP certification.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience defining and implementing project process guidance in collaboration with Scrum Masters.
