Lead complex technology projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage technical projects, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee quality assurance and testing processes to ensure deliverables meet requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, IT infrastructure, or cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and ensure projects are delivered within scope.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/SAFe.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
