Description

You will manage multiple projects through their entire lifecycle from initiation to closure. Responsibilities Lead multiple projects from initiation through execution and closure. Transition teams from traditional waterfall methodology to Agile practices. Manage project lifecycles within a hybrid or transitioning environment. Coordinate onsite requirements at the client location in Bergen County. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in project or program management. Proven experience with Agile methodologies. Deep understanding of waterfall methodology. Demonstrated success transitioning teams from waterfall to Agile. Ability to work onsite in Bergen County, NJ, 3 days per week. Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
