You will design, optimize, and manage prompt engineering workflows for generative AI systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine prompt strategies for LLMs to ensure accurate and reliable model outputs.
• Implement advanced prompt techniques including chaining, RAG, and context injection.
• Document and standardize prompt engineering processes to support scalability.
• Analyze model limitations and response dynamics to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise AI governance frameworks and risk mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, or related technical fields.
• Hands-on expertise with Generative AI systems and LLMs.
• Proficiency with platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Vertex AI.
• Strong understanding of prompt-response dynamics and model constraints.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and advanced context management.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Linguistics.
• Experience in regulated industries such as finance or healthcare.
