Description

You will design, build, and lead the delivery of production-grade AI-driven services and microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement low-level architectural solutions for scalable microservices.
• Lead technical delivery by prioritizing work, managing stakeholder expectations, and providing impact analysis.
• Mentor junior developers, manage work breakdown via stories, and ensure accurate estimations.
• Maintain code build and deployment patterns, including checkouts before QA testing.
• Investigate and evaluate new technologies for continuous architectural improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python development with a focus on production-grade microservices.
• Expertise in Python dependency management and packaging for scalable services.
• Deep familiarity with OpenAI APIs, including chat/completions, function calling, and embeddings.
• Experience designing multi-agent and RAG architectures.
• Proficiency in vector similarity search using FAISS, pgvector, or Pinecone.
• Experience with FastAPI, LangChain, or similar GenAI orchestration frameworks.
• Ability to query and aggregate large datasets using Databricks, PySpark, or SQL.
• Practical experience using machine learning and rule-based logic for behavior classification.
• Knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, S3, Secrets Manager, Bedrock, and SageMaker.
• Experience with container orchestration using OpenShift or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline) and IaC (Terraform or Helm).
• Proficiency in implementing OAuth2 with JWT for secure service-to-service communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating multiple backend APIs with dynamic payload creation and conditional routing.
• Prior work with intelligent Gen AI assistants or in-app AI integration use cases.
• Experience building event-driven systems or real-time insights dashboards.
