This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop modular, scalable web applications following best practices.
• Drive solutions independently with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Partner with end users to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with a global team.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience developing enterprise-level Python applications.
• Expertise in building scalable backend systems and microservices.
• Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI, RAG Applications, and AI Agents.
• Proficiency in System Design and ORM/MVC Architecture.
• Strong capability in Unit Testing.

Preferred Skills

• Frontend exposure with Angular.
• Experience with distributed systems.
