Description

You will lead the development of scalable backend systems and drive migrations to cloud-native architecture.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement backend services and workflows.
• Drive cloud-native migration and optimization efforts on AWS.
• Ensure code quality, testing, documentation, and deployment standards.
• Lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Golang, or Java.
• Deep experience with AWS cloud architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS CloudFormation.
• Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with version control using GitHub or GitLab.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Advanced object-oriented programming skills.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of X12 EDI formats.
