Description

You will own the development and maintenance of backend services and Python SDKs. You will design RESTful APIs, manage data pipelines, and ensure service reliability using observability tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Flask.
• Design and implement Python SDKs for various internal and external applications.
• Monitor service health and manage asynchronous tasks using Datadog and Celery.
• Manage programmatic job scheduling and data pipelines using Apache Airflow.
• Develop and maintain queries for offline databases using Presto, Hive, and Spark.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience with Python.
• Strong proficiency in Object Oriented Programming principles.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs with Flask.
• Proven ability to design and implement Python SDKs.
• Experience with Datadog for monitoring and Celery for task queues.
• Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration.
• Experience with Presto, Hive, and Spark for data processing.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python dependency management tools like Pip or Conda.
• Experience using Jupyter notebooks for data science or ML tasks.
