Description

You will own the development, maintenance, and delivery of scalable Python applications in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Write scalable, efficient code using Python, adhering to best practices and OOPS fundamentals.
• Develop new features, maintain existing projects, and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely, bug-free delivery.
• Design and implement multi-process architectures while navigating Python’s threading limitations.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to manage diverse requirements and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Communicate progress and technical decisions clearly with team members and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Python.
• Strong command of OOPS fundamentals, data structures, and logical problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major Python framework: Django or Flask.
• Proficiency in RDBMS design and implementation (Oracle experience preferred).
• Experience integrating with Redis and RabbitMQ for caching and messaging.
• Understanding of multi-process architecture and concurrent programming constraints.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities without constant supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
