Description

You will develop and maintain Python applications for the Independent Price Verification process within Global Markets.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build object-oriented software and REST web services in Python.
• Design data transfer tools to replicate data from NoSQL stores to Oracle Exadata.
• Develop data-grid centric user interfaces using Angular.
• Design interfaces between UI components and REST services.
• Participate in the full Agile software development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Python and object-oriented design.
• Proficiency in building REST web services.
• Experience with Angular framework for UI development.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle databases, specifically Exadata.
• Familiarity with NoSQL datastores and data replication strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with grid computing or proprietary platforms like Quartz.
• Background in financial markets or price verification systems.
