Description

You will design, build, and configure Python applications to meet specific business and trading requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop coding architecture for new applications using modular design patterns and reusable code.
• Collaborate with trading and quantitative analysts to translate workflows into technical solutions.
• Maintain code quality through static/dynamic analysis, security scans, code coverage, and CI/CD pipeline gating.
• Provide accurate estimates regarding time, resources, and risks to project managers.
• Participate in the full software delivery lifecycle, from requirement gathering through post-deployment support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Python Developer.
• Proficiency with Python environment installation in both Windows and Linux.
• Experience with Pyxll, Questdb, .NET, and C#.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with REST API Enterprise Authentication.
• Experience with MS SQL Server and/or Sybase.
• Background supporting trading desks.
