Description

Lead backend and frontend development for cloud-native applications using Python and React. Own the full lifecycle from API design to AWS deployment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable backend services using Python, Flask/FastAPI/Django, and microservices architecture.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints with strong typing in TypeScript.
• Develop responsive frontend interfaces using React, hooks, and modern state management (Redux/Context API).
• Orchestrate data pipelines and workflows using Apache Airflow and manage SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Deploy and manage infrastructure on AWS (EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS) using CloudFormation, Terraform, or CDK.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with advanced proficiency in Python.
• Strong expertise in React.js, ES6+ JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AWS core services including Compute, Storage, and Integration layers.
• Proven ability to build and manage data pipelines using Apache Airflow.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models, LLMs, or ML services into production applications.
• Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in debugging complex distributed systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with LLM integration platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or AWS Bedrock.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, or New Relic.
