Description

You will maintain and support a proprietary, Python-based application stack, including API development, deployment, and system automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software using Python and its associated libraries.
• Build and integrate APIs within the existing architecture.
• Manage package distribution using Conda and handle deployments via Azure DevOps.
• Write PowerShell scripts to support system tasks.
• Create technical documentation using Sphinx.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Python development experience.
• Proficiency with Flask for web framework requirements.
• Experience with WxPython or similar GUI frameworks.
• Hands-on work with MySQL or Oracle databases.
• Practical understanding of OAUTH protocols and client/server networking.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Experience using Conda for package management.
• Experience with Azure CLI and Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Python Cloud for orchestration.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
