Description

You will build and maintain backend services using Python, focusing on distributed systems and API development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP APIs.
• Implement logic using message bus technologies like RabbitMQ and ActiveMQ.
• Design and work with distributed system components.
• Apply knowledge of algorithm complexity and data structures to solve engineering problems.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• Expertise in Python, Django, and Flask.
• Solid understanding of algorithm complexity and advanced data structures.
• Experience with message bus technologies (RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Apache Kafka).
• Proficiency in JSON and SOA/SOAP API development.
• Working knowledge of NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with distributed system frameworks like Apache ZooKeeper.
• Experience operating within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a start-up environment.
