Key Responsibilities
 
10-12+ years of hands-on software development experience. 
Minimum 2-3+ years in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, NBFC, or Capital Markets. 
2+ years of hands-on experience with AI/Generative AI technologies. 
Strong understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming. 
Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Python. 
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using FastAPI, Flask, or Django. 
Build responsive UI applications using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. 
Design distributed, cloud-native applications using microservices architecture. 
Integrate AI/ML and Generative AI solutions into banking applications. 
Build and deploy AI-powered chatbots, document intelligence, and automation solutions. 
Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using enterprise data. 
Work with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.). 
Implement AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen. 
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. 
Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders. 
Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews. 
Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies. 
Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP, AI/ML, Kubernetes)
