You will develop bespoke software solutions and integrate third-party applications to improve security management and data protection.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Python frameworks for internal developer use.
• Integrate services and applications via APIs and user interfaces.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code within the development lifecycle.
• Own the delivery of Python-based solutions within the team.
• Implement security and data protection protocols into all development stages.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing large, complex applications in the Python ecosystem.
• Expert-level Python 3.x knowledge, specifically Python 3.6.
• Proficiency with Python web frameworks and ORM libraries.
• Experience with REST API development and lifecycle management.
• Strong unit testing and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of design principles for scalable and secure applications.
• Experience with Anaconda distribution and virtual environment management.
• Hands-on with Anaconda Enterprise Notebooks (AEN) and Jupyter.
• Proficiency in UNIX and RHEL environments.

Preferred Skills

• Java expertise.
• Tomcat experience.
• Security tooling expertise.
