You will lead a team of 5-6 developers to execute a content automation project, managing the lifecycle from technical design to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5-6 developers through project execution.
• Manage a content automation project from technical design to delivery.
• Work directly with clients and senior stakeholders to define requirements.
• Act as the technical lead for AWS and Python-based implementations.

Required Skills

• 12-14 years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Python.
• Strong experience with AWS services.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Proven ability to manage client-facing technical relationships.
• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Ability to drive content automation initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in MarTech or marketing automation.
• Direct experience with content automation workflows.
