Description

You will own functional and ETL validation within an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to clarify defects and enhancements.
• Design high-level test scenarios and comprehensive test cases following established standards.
• Execute functional, integration, and SIT testing to verify code meets business requirements.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by guiding business users through scenario development and completion.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain accountability for testing processes and standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of QA experience with a strong grasp of QA processes and Agile methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience in SIT, integration, and functional testing.
• 5+ years of SQL expertise, including complex joins, subqueries, and materialized views.
• 2+ years of ETL testing experience, including data source validation and database testing.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and Informatica.
• Experience with ALM and Jira (specifically Xray).
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• Availability to support meetings until 10AM Central Time.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with reports testing.
