Description

You will lead the QA team in developing and executing complex testing plans while overseeing the full Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA team to develop test plans, coverage, cases, and scenarios based on analyzed business requirements.
• Coordinate functional, system integration, regression, security, and performance/load testing.
• Develop automation scripts and create SQL queries for data creation and integrity.
• Manage defect logging, analysis, and retesting workflows to ensure resolution before implementation.
• Mentor and train junior team members while liaising between IT and business teams on testing status.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Software Development, or Systems Analysis.
• Proficiency with Unix, Windows, and Oracle environments.
• Experience with Informatica, SOA, and SQL.
• Hands-on expertise with HP ALM, HP Performance Center, Rational Clear Quest, and RQM.
• Strong knowledge of Java, C++, JUnit, and Ruby Watir.
• Experience using JIRA, Version One, CVS, and DevTrack.
• Ability to produce ETL data for mapping rules to test graphs.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, or Business Administration (or equivalent foreign degree).
