Description

You will own quality assurance processes for software delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify functional and product strategic risks through analysis to drive test planning and case creation.
• Lead test planning efforts, coordinating with Engineers and managers to define acceptance criteria and prioritize tests.
• Create and maintain test scenarios, plans, and test cases to ensure complete product coverage.
• Execute manual and automated front-end and back-end testing, identifying opportunities for refactoring.
• Organize and participate in triage sessions, prioritizing defects found during testing or production.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of working experience in quality assurance.
• Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience with IntelliJ and Visual Studio IDEs.
• Familiarity with testing tools including Rally, SAFe, Qtest, and TestComplete.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, analyze data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Capacity to manage deliverables in an ever-changing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional teams.
