Description

You will serve as the senior quality lead for a Salesforce-based project, providing technical direction to three offshore resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance efforts for Salesforce implementations.
• Manage and coordinate testing tasks with offshore team members.
• Execute technical testing using SoapUI and XML validation.
• Track defects and progress within Jira.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms.
• Proficiency with SoapUI for API testing.
• Strong understanding of XML.
• Experience using Jira for defect tracking.
• Background working within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong technical communication skills.
• Must be a US Citizen, Green Card holder, or H4-EAD holder.
